In the continuing struggles of Commerce Corp efforts to stay afloat I just received information that Commerce has shut down their entire west coast operation. A major announcement is expected by Commerce Corp Wednesday as to the future of the company.
Garden advice you can dig!
You will find out tomorrow that they have been purchased by BWI of Texas and with that move it will be business as usual albeit with a different name. A white knight bails out the Lessans asses. So chicken little the sky is not falling afterall!
ReplyDeleteDear anonymous:
ReplyDeleteI am not chicken little. I am just passing on information to the general public that is being reported within the industry. You obviouosly have some more inside info than I do. Good for you.

DeleteCare to elaborate.................?
DeleteIt's true. Richard Lessans (owner) sent out the e-mail today to the sales team. Commerce is closing by the end of the year!
ReplyDeletetoo bad someone couldn't or wouldn't pick up the Grand Rapids location. Could have been a really good investment!!!
ReplyDeleteI am amaszed that no one has posted the real reason for Commerce going out od business! This was all the work of an evil, arrogant, super ego man named Malcomb Cork. Malcomb was hird as the new president of Commerce 8 years ago. So for 8 years he sucked the company dry, imbezzeling what is belived to be 10's of millions of dollars! This piece of work is now at another company Medical Solutions International, Inc. http://www.msiintl.com/about.html and either purchased to company with his ill gotten gains or talked his way in to destroy another business! Malcomb Cork is one of the worst types of person you could ever run into. He has ruined the lives of hundreds of people!
