White Knight's Attempt to Buy Commerce Failed in Mid December

It seems Arett Sales tried to be the White Knight and tried to purchase Commerce according a close source. But squeamish money lenders would not follow through on a financing package. This is what lead to not only the "decision" to close but also why the "major announcement" that was to be released around the 19th never occurred. 

 It has been confirmed by the same source that Arett is attempting to buy Good Tidings. 

 Michael Carr was also mentioned as a possible acquisition target as well.

  1. Why would arett attempt to buy commerce? Just proceed as they have done by waiting for them to go out then hiring their salespeople with key relationships and increase the efficiency of their own facilities and divide up all the accounts. Arett saved a ton o dough and accomplished goal without spending a dime.

  2. I am assuming Arett was just casting an empty net to what they they could catch. Kind of like having a fishing pole in the back seat finding and finding a pond just to see what bites.
